We encourage participation in the on-line news group. This enable the sharing of ideas and contributions to the usage of the SmarTEC OS. However, we also understand the need for committed support for corporate and mission critical development efforts. To that end, we also offer committed support plans.

Casual $100 / month

This plan is designed for the developer with a product idea and a strong desire to bring it to market. Or you are learning about smart card development and just want that extra assurance to have your questions answered in a timely manner. You're serious, but this is not your life.

  1. e-mail support plan: up to one business week turn-around on questions
  2. 1 contact person who can submit questions
  3. 4 e-mail support incidents per month

Integrator $2,500 / year

This plan is for the integrator who may have an existing commercial product and wants to migrate away from their current card supplier and take control of the only piece of their product they don't control. Or you've been looking to add smart card support but just couldn't rationalize the cost and loss of product control. You need the extra assurance of support because you have customers.

  1. e-mail support plan: up to one business day turn-around on questions
  2. 2 company contacts allowed to submit support questions
  3. 10 e-mail support incidents per month
  4. inclusion in Beta program for new SmarTEC releases

Corporate $7,500 / year

This plan is for the corporate developer or development team. The budget is in place and the timeline is fixed. No time to mess around. The boss may cancel the project when you finish, but you're going to finish it! You want to be assured that you have the assistance you need to keep your project on schedule.

  1. e-mail support plan: up to 4 business hour turn-around on questions
  2. 5 company contacts allowed to submit support questions
  3. 20 e-mail support incidents per month
  4. inclusion in Beta program for new SmarTEC releases
  5. 1 voice support incident per month - 3 business hour response PST 9-5
  6. 10% discount on training services
